Returns: Because we want you to be completely happy with your jewelry purchase, most items may be exchanged or returned for a refund or a store credit up to 30 days after the purchase, so long as the item is unworn and in new condition. Damaged or altered items are not returnable.

Special Orders and/or Custom Designs: We will gladly special order items to your specifications and will be happy to create a custom design for you. We require a 50% deposit on these items with the remainder due on pick-up. These items can not be returned.

Layaways: We will place an item on layaway for you with a 30% deposit. Monthly payments are required to maintain the layaway. If for any reason the layaway is cancelled, we will apply any payments to the 20% restocking fee and will give you a store credit for any remainder.
